Lotus Elise Test Drive Diary

• I went to Lotus HQ in Shah Alam in May accompany by my good friend Anthony Pinto who know the person in charge Mr.Oh Kah Beng( Head of Division ) of Lotus.

• It is been a pleasure to discover the car performance.In technical aspect which i would to share with all of you is: The engine of the Lotus is actually using The original Toyota Altis 1.8 litre(136bhp).

• The chassic is made of aluminium using Hydro technology which means  more rigid , strong and lighter compare to the convientional production method on normal road car.

• The car's body is made of light weight composite( Carbon Fibre ) which is very light and good.(kerb weight is 860kg ) 2 seater and it has all the sport car characteristic.
