Hi Kin,
From this era, the Magnum P.I version really defined that age IMHO :-)

Yeah ! I agree with your comment.TV series or movie did helps a lot to promote or to move any products especially sport cars with big time movie star.
My personal favourite is the Miami Vice's Testarossa in white chasing the bad guys that really caught my attention when i was a kid.
